No spring in Holland yet. Cloudy, rainy, dark wether. No children playing outside, no cats stuck in trees. Saw a few small flowers in the garden this morning. Turning the heads in one direction, hoping for the sun.
Still playing around in Painter. This one is inspired by the superkalifragalisticexpéelladocious Fiep Westendorp. Click the title of this post to go to her website.

Love the colours and the details.
Neat, lots of things happening in this picture. Are they practicing dance moves for an upcoming school show? (brings back fond memories...)
Awesome illo!!
Love *his* hair, too!
yes - love your style, too! reminds me of certain color story books i used to have when I was young.
Spring was just like that for us as a familie with small children: the kids playing in the grass with flowers, the cat escapes up the nearest tree, when the kids get too wild, and then they must stand downthere and tells BIG angry words at the cat - who stays in the tree, clever cat.
That's what I see in the picture -I remember when our big childen was not so big. Maybee you've meant something else. Never-theless I really love your illo, it's happy and contains stories - thanks for giving me opportunity to dream of our small children once upon a time.
Very fun and springy. I like it a lot.
