I really like the focal point on the ghost but I dislike the facial expressions, the ghost doesn't really look like he's looking at the kid, and the kid isn't very scared looking.

Very slick, beautiful work. Looks like you've figured out how to make a quick line work to its most powerful. The story is also efficient, not a lot of fuss. As you can see from my work, I tend to run the opposite direction. Bravo!
